What are your delivery options?

 

 

We ship USPS. Due to the pandemic please allow items to be shipped up to 14 business days. You will receive an email and tracking number when your items are shipped and all packages can be tracked at usps.com

 

 

 

How do I return/exhange an item?

If you are not satisfied with an item, kindly email us first at

info@vibejewels.com with the invoice #.

You have 5 business days upon receiving to return the item

Please include tracking to ensure your item arrival/status

If you would like to an exchange an item purchased for a different size or other item, kindly email us first with the request and we will notify you if the item is available.

Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of any item being returned or exchanged.

What is your returns policy?          
Clothing can be exchanged or returned within 5 business days upon receiving.

Item(s) must be tagged and in wearable condition/unworn,no smell, resale condition
ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, MASKS,DISCOUNTED ITEMS, PROMOTION ITEMS AND JEWELRY, SWIMSUITS AND LINGERIE ARE  FINAL SALE.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
